Research On The Adoption Mechanism And Decision Model Of SaaS ERP In SMEs

SaaS ERP is the ideal budget solution for small and medium-sized businesses that manages their business with software.The proposed SaaS ERP for SMEs ERP applicati on has brought the opportunity,has become the current ERP development is the most p opular new trend.However,due to the different realities of SMEs,the adoption value o f SaaS ERP adopted by different enterprises varies in size.In addition,the uncertainty of internal and external environment also increases the risk that SMEs adopt.Whether S MEs can decide whether or not to adopt SaaS ERP according to the actual conditions of SMEs has become a real problem for SME decision makers.Therefore,this paper st udies the adoption mechanism of SaaS ERP for SMEs and constructs an adoption decisi on-making model to help enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and obtain the sust ainable competitive advantage.This article summarizes SaaS ERP adoption research,the research on adoption theo ry in related fields and IT/IS adoption decision-making model,and puts forward the inn ovation and entry point of this paper.Based on the theoretical model of rational behavi or,starting from adopting value cognition and adopting risk cognition,combined with e nterprise SaaS ERP adoption process analysis,the adoption factors were identified,the mechanism of SaaS ERP adoption was studied,and the SmartPLS 2.0 validation model was used.The conclusion shows that adopting value cognition and adoption of risk perc eption determine the willingness of SaaS ERP adoption decision-making groups in SME s.At the same time,the perceived loss of human resources,the satisfaction of applied economic returns and the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises affect SME s SaaS ERP Adoption Value Cognition,Project Target Deviation Risks,Market Immature Risks,Policy and Regulation Risks,Internal Management Conflict Risks,System Appli cation Security Risks,and Insufficient Service Supply Risks Affect the Adoption of Saa S ERP for Decision-making Groups in SMEs Risk perception.Finally,based on the exp ectation value as the goal,will verify after the adoption of influencing factors as the va riables,build SaaS ERP adoption decision evaluation system,and based on the AHP an d entropy method to determine index weight,and obtains the adoption decision value ac cording to relevant standards.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build Sa aS ERP adoption decision model.Finally,the paper further validates the validity and fe asibility of the model through examples,and provides practical guidance for SMEs to a dopt SaaS ERP decision-making.
