Manufacturing industry is the mainstay industry of national economy,and advanced manufacturing industry plays an important role in the intelligent of manufacturing industry.However,in recent years,especially since millennial employees enter the workplace,the employment turnover rate of the manufacturing industry ranks among the top of all industries in China,the higher turnover rate has become a major feature.The reason is that millennial employees' need for well-being has not been met,while higher employee well-being can promote employees' engagement,enhance their working efficiency and work performance,reduce employee turnover rate.Therefore,this article aims to improve the well-being of millennial employees in advanced manufacturing industry,and starts from the employees' well-being influencing factors,to explore the influence factors on the influence of millennial employees' well-being mechanism,thus providing reference for solving the plight of high turnover rate for advanced manufacturing industry.First of all,this paper reviewed a large number of millennial employees' well-being and related literature,summarized the current status and limitations of research at home and abroad.Secondly,combined with the interview method and expert opinion method to develop millennial employees'well-being factors measurement scale,and formed well-being influencing factors model of the advanced manufacturing millennial employees resulted from questionnaire investigation and data analysis.Then,based on the previous research results,this paper puts forward the hypothesis model of the influence mechanism of millennial employees' well-being in the advanced manufacturing industry,and raises corresponding research hypothesizes.At last,the 407 questionnaires from 10 cities,8 advanced manufacturing enterprises were analyzed by SPSS22.0 and Amos24.0 to verify the model and hypothesis.Empirical analysis shows that:OThe structure model of influencing factors consist of organizational support,negactive job characteristics,job retribution,leadership style,self-satisfaction,employee psychological contract and behavior,6 dimensions and 27 influencing factors;?Apart from the negactive work characteristics negatively affect employees' well-being,the remaining factors have positive impact of millennial employees' well-being;? Except organizational support and personal growth,the relationship between negactive work characteristics and core emotions and personal growth has not been verified,and all other relationships have been verified;?The psychological contract and behavior of employees play an intermediary role in the process of the impact of various factors on employee well-being and its dimensions.Millennial employees' well-being influencing factors model constructed in this paper enriches the related theory and gets certain breakthroughs in some aspects including model structure,dimensions,factors;And further explores the influencing mechanism of the influence of employees' well-being and its various dimensions,also obtained some breakthroughs in setting the variable.lt is of great practical significance to the behavior induction of millennial employees,at the same time it provides a theoretical basis for improving millennial employees'well-being and the management of millennial employees of advanced manufacturing enterprises.
