Lean management of finance is the idea and principle of lean management in the work of the financial department,reducing the non lean behavior in the financial activities,improving the procedure of financial work,and reducing the financial cost.Lean management has become a popular management mode in the thermal power industry.Therefore,HC company,hile carrying out lean management in the field of production,should also improve the business level of the financial department and improve the quality of the staff through the innovative financial management model of lean financial management.This plays.an important role in improving the competitiveness of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper summarizes the origin,the objectives methods and the main principles of lean management.Secondly,through the analysis of HC's financial statements and financial audit reports and the investigation of the staff of the finance department,it is found that the financial management problems of the company mainly exist in five aspects,such as capital management,fixed assets management,cost and cost management,budget management and financial information management.Through the questionnaire,it is concluded that the reasons of financial management are not lean,including three aspects:lack of understanding of lean management,poor quality of financial personnel and loopholes in financial work.Thirdly,according to the existing problems,the specific application plan of financial lean management is given.In the lean management of funds,the capital cost is reduced from five aspects:the choice of financing mode,the choice of fund-raising time,the selection of financing structure,the control of the scale of financing and the use of idle funds,and the increase of the utilization rate of funds.In the lean management of fixed assets,enterprises should improve the management system of fixed assets,optimize the allocation of assets,classify the fixed assets accurately,manage the assets through multi-channel,invigorate the idle assets,adopt the information management fixed assets and improve the information sharing mechanism.In the lean cost management,enterprises should manage from three aspects:the lean management of coal cost,the lean management of repair cost and the lean management of management cost.In budgetary lean management,enterprises should carry out the lean management of the whole process of budgeting from budgeting and budgeting,budget execution and budget evaluation.Strengthening financial information construction is an important means to improve the efficiency of financial work.Enterprises can carry out mobile office system and online cost reimbursement system in the process of financial office,and promote the effective operation of financial work.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the lean management scheme of HC company's finance department,it is suggested that the enterprise should improve the organizational structure of lean management,establish lean management system,improve the quality of financial personnel,provide full resources guarantee for lean management,build lean enterprise culture and optimize the working environment.
