| In order to cope with the environmental crisis and coordinate economic development,The Chinese government has proposed a"dual carbon"goal of reaching the peak by 2030and carbon neutrality by 2060.The energy consumption-based thermal power generation has always been a key industry of CO2emission.The green and low-carbon development requirements and the implementation of the"dual carbon"goal have also brought a profound impact on the traditional thermal power industry.Therefore,adjusting the industrial structure,restraining carbon emissions,and developing low-carbon technological transformation projects have also become issues that my country’s thermal power companies must face.With the increase of market policy pressure,the enterprise cost pressure increases.Therefore,how to effectively control the cost of low-carbon technology transformation projects is the key to the future development of thermal power enterprises.To strengthen cost management,it is necessary to first identify the cost factors of low-carbon transformation projects of thermal power enterprises.Therefore,this research will first analyze the cost management factors of low-carbon technology transformation projects of thermal power enterprises.After that,the lean management idea with the core concept of eliminating waste and creating maximum value with minimum investment is used to explore cost management strategies suitable for low-carbon technology transformation projects of traditional thermal power enterprises.Specifically,this research mainly includes the following contents(1)Model establishment of influencing factors of cost management of low-carbon technology transformation projects.The identification and analysis of factors is the first step in cost management.This research analyzes the status quo of low-carbon technological transformation projects in thermal power companies,and builds a hybrid model based on GT-DEMATEL-ISM to identify key factors in cost management.(2)Taking the JN thermal power plant low-carbon technology transformation project as an example,the influencing factors of the cost management of the low-carbon technology transformation project are analyzed.Using the GT-DEMATEL-ISM hybrid model constructed in this paper,the cost management of the JN thermal power plant’s low-carbon technology transformation project is identified,extracted,and the hierarchical structure is constructed,and the direct cause,transition cause and essence of the project cost management are determined through the model.cause.(3)Based on the theory of lean production,cost management countermeasures are put forward for the JN thermal power plant’s low-carbon technology transformation project.According to the current situation of cost management of JN thermal power plant,corresponding cost management countermeasures are put forward according to the decision-making stage,design stage,implementation stage and production stage of low-carbon technology transformation project.Through the research of this thesis,it is playing a certain significance in improving the cost management level of low-carbon technological transformation projects of electric power enterprises in our country. |
