Lifting out of poverty is a cherished aspiration of the entire human society and a persistent goal of the Chinese communists.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020 has been determined.Currently,poverty engines have to chew hard stuff,which is facing the "poorest of the poor,trapped in the trapped".It will achieve increased the barriers to build a well-off society in an all-round way as scheduled.So,on the occasion of the built a well-off runoff,how to play the advantages of accurate poverty alleviation,walk road of the new era of poverty alleviation and solve the problem of poverty alleviation works the last kilometer become the main task in front of the ruling party.Based on the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,this paper analyzes the achievements and specific problems of targeted poverty alleviation,and puts forward its own opinions and Suggestions.Specifically,from the relevant concepts of precision for poverty alleviation,the article explored the theoretical origin of the precision for poverty alleviation and the historical track of poverty alleviation in our country.It points out the current precision on poverty alleviation and the logical relationship to build a well-off society in an all-round way.And on this basis,this paper discusses the current precision made great achievements for poverty alleviation and some problems such as helping cadre own defects,regional poverty culture highlights,intergenerational transfer of poverty obviously,the lack of effective use of poverty alleviation funds.In the in-depth analysis of the problems at the same time,this article will focus on the path to explore,the author thinks that,in the stage of build a well-off society in an all-round way run-off,to make accurate poverty alleviation work,first,we should solve the ideological problems,pay attention to the ideas of the poor masses channel,cultural support,and education support.At the same time,through the optimization of cadres,the governance of poverty alleviation,agglomeration of poverty alleviation forces to optimize the main body.On this basis,by mining human resources,integrating poverty alleviation funds,relying on Internet and ecological resources to optimize social resources utilization.We will improve the mechanism for poverty alleviation through innovative approaches to poverty alleviation,improvement of poverty alleviation procedures and strict accountability,so that targeted poverty alleviation can be implemented in a better way,and the overall well-off society can be implemented as scheduled.The in-depth implementation of targeted poverty alleviation is not only conducive to solving the problems of poverty and poverty in the current poverty,but also crucial to improving people's livelihood and eliminating the gap between urban and rural areas.Therefore,at present,we must condense social forces with greater determination and courage,integrate social resources to play this battle and build a well-off society in an all-round way,so as to lay a good foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
