Agricultural technology is a major input factor of agricultural production and it is also the key factor of improving the agricultural production performance.Bohai Granary is short for the grain-producing areas in low lying land around the Bohai,and Cangzhou City is the key demonstration city of “Bohai Granary Science and Technology Demonstration Engineering” the characteristics of which are high degree of soil salinity,a lack of freshwater resources and backward agriculture infrastructure construction.By following the thought of agricultural technology transfer “land expanding,yield increasing,water guaranteeing and high value creating”,through the transfer of agricultural technology,the goal of increasing food and increasing efficiency in middle and low yield fields and saline and alkaline wasteland of cangzhou city is realized.According to the actual situation of agricultural technology transfer learned through field research in Cangzhou City,the following main research work is completed: firstly,the relevant concept of agricultural technology transfer performance is defined with theoretical basis being illustrated;secondly,the supply and demands of agricultural technology are analyzed,and the status quo and problems of agricultural technology transfer vector and agricultural technology promotion team construction;thirdly,the research on agricultural technology's influences on the grain-planting areas in different counties and cities in Cangzhou City is carried out with the principal component analysis;fourthly,the model of DEA is used to establish the performance evaluation index system,and this index system is used to evaluate the performance of the agricultural technology demonstration zone and promotion zone;fifthly,the model of DEA is used to evaluate the whole performance level of the agricultural technology demonstration zone and promotion zone;sixthly,non-parametric Malmquist index approach is used to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency and the total factor productivity of wheat production in the agricultural technology demonstration zone and promotion zone;seventhly,the corresponding strategies are put forward aiming at the problems discovered through the research.According to the research,the following conclusions can be drawn: firstly,the technology input factors score high in the central and northwest regions of cangzhou,and the scarce agricultural technology resources should be allocated to this region first.Secondly,the overall performance level of agricultural technology demonstration area and extension area increased,and the overall performance level was high.Thirdly,the improvement of total factor productivity in wheat planting demonstration area is mainly caused by technological progress,while the decrease of total factor productivity in extension area is mainly caused by technological progress.The innovation of this study is to use the data envelopment method(DEA)to evaluate the performance level of the agricultural technology demonstration area and the wheat production in the extension area.At the same time,the non parametric Malmquist index method is used to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency and the total factor productivity of the wheat production in the demonstration area and the extension area,which is the innovation and demonstration of the agricultural technology in Cangzhou.It provides theoretical reference with promotion..
