The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Household Promotion In Contemporary China

Household is the management and operation of life,including food,clothing,shelter and means of travel – basic necessities of life,marriage and childbearing,taking care of the aged,economic management,hygiene,residence,decoration,diet nutrition,household education,social intercourse and so on.Household covers all aspects of family life.The main research object of home economics is family life.The category covers life conceptions,life styles and the arts of life,relating to natural,social subjects and humanities.Home economics can be called a marginal subject that referring to three main subjects.Household promotion combines household knowledge and means of agricultural promotion for carrying forward scientific life conceptions and life styles,as a result,it help improve the quality and level of family life.In this paper,there are five chapters.The first and second chapters define the conceptions of household,home economics and rural household promotion;tell the development process of Chinese household education and rural household promotion;analyze the ideas and practices of household education since the Spring and Autumn Period.The third chapter describes the strategic needs of Chinese new countryside construction and rural revitalization;points out the existing problems of rural household promotion in contemporary China and the importance of household promotion in rural revitalization strategy.Thefourth chapter and the fifth chapter compares the practices and experiences inside and outside China and offers countermeasures for rural household promotion in contemporary China.A family in rural area is the basic unit in village,the smallest social organization and the main part of socialism new countryside construction as well.A more important role that household promotion plays is that it can improve life quality in rural areas and make rural household education more systematic and better planned.If carried out in a focused manner,it will definitely promote the modernizations of agriculture,rural areas and peasants.The promotion provides peasants with opportunities of learning for their entirelife,which can improve the quality of peasants more effectively.At the same time,it also creates new job opportunities for those landless peasants and lost-land peasants.Through this way it makes peasants,especially female peasants,crucial supports of rural family life and family economy.With the improvement of their social and economic status,family happiness can be enhanced and development of society will be more harmoniously.
