In the new era,with the acceleration of the pace of consumption upgrades,the contradictions in the product structure convergence,excess production capacity,and unequal supply and demand in the jewelry industry in China have begun to appear.At present,the development of China's jewelry industry is mainly dependent on foreign jewelry brands that have been fully developed,and they have not started from their own growth environment for the creation of local jewelry,so the products of many companies in the market are the same.In order to promote the long-term stable development of China's jewelry industry,the use of international capital to adjust the industrial structure more scientifically,implement differentiated development,and occupy a place in the international market,is the common goal of the current domestic jewelry industry.Under the impact of international capital,pressure will be converted into power and continue to develop in the right direction.Taking S Industrial Co.,Ltd.as the research object to conduct competitive strategy research from the perspective of differentiation,it is beneficial to enriching the theoretical research of the jewelry industry in China,promoting a shallow descriptive analysis level,and facilitating the detailed filling of the strategic policy.In order to establish a relatively complete competition strategy with differentiated competition as its core,it provides a reference for the selection of competitive strategies of related companies.The research topic of this paper is the research on the competitive strategy of the enterprises in the jewellery industry.Based on the above background,this article analyzes and explores S Industrial Co.,Ltd.in order to develop a specific competitive strategy for the company that can avoid product homogenization,so that it can continue to exert its own advantages and occupy an absolute position in the competition.There are four parts in this article.The first part is an introduction,which explains the research background and significance,research methods and content of this article.The second part is the research summary and theoretical basis.The theoretical basis includes the differentiation strategy,the total cost leadership strategy and the competitive advantage theory.The third part S Industrial Co.,Ltd.operating conditions and analysis of homogenized competitive environment,first of all is the business situation of S Industrial Co.,Ltd.,including company size,human resources status,technical capabilities analysis,analysis of corporate marketing power,etc.;followed by S Industrial Co.,Ltd.The homogenous competition environment faced includes homogenization of products,homogeneity of market position and homogenization of services and marketing methods.The fourth part is the analysis of the impact of homogenous competition on S Industrial Co.,Ltd.First,the impact of industry homogenization competition on the competitiveness of the company,including market share being seized,increasing business risks,affecting the development potential of enterprises,and expanding with the industry The gap is incompatible with market trends;followed by analysis of the competitive environment.The fifth part is the differentiated competition strategy and safeguard measures of S Industrial Co.,Ltd.The first is a differentiated competition strategy,which includes the promotion of differentiated product development,the solution to the homogenization of market positioning,and the promotion of service and marketing method differentiation;followed by safeguard measures.This includes building a flexible and effective performance evaluation management system,optimizing human resources management,improving internal control measures,and improving the enterprise information management system.With the flow of factors and the globalization of economic growth,the consumer goods market has gradually formed a global integration pattern.The global luxury goods supply and demand structure including jewellery and the increasingly fierce market competition.In order to adapt to the changes in the market structure brought about by global competition,China's jewelry industry needs to adjust its product structure,reposition its position and market structure,sort out opportunities and challenges,and use differentiation as its orientation to focus on self-renewal.
