With the emergence of more young workers,the traditional career rooted in China has been gradually shaken,and the protean career attitude including self-directed and value-driven have attracted attention.The evolution of the Internet age has not only changed people's way of life and working methods,it has also broadened the way people seek careers and gain careers,resulting in unpredictable,new job choices and career phenomena.In recent years,people's perceived reasons for dimission and the high turnover rate have also been confirmed.Stable and high-paying are no longer necessary conditions for people to pursue their careers.It is equally important to have a sense of mission and meaning at work.It can be said that workers are awakening their independent and autonomous career outlook.This paper first reviews the existing literature research on the protean career,leader-member exchange,and embeddedness theory.Then it focuses on the employee's protean career attitude and explores the leadership-member exchange that employees face in the workplace.The influence of scenarios,and the role of differentiation of leader-member exchanges at the organizational level on the inter-level regulatory role of the strengths between the two,and attempts to explain the theoretical basis for the interaction between variables in the complex workplace through embeddedness theory.In the process of inquiry,a method of compiling questionnaires was adopted.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to modify the questionnaires.Questionnaires were collected from 38 enterprises,institutions,and 412 employees to collect empirical data and used reliability.Validity analysis,correlation analysis,cross-level analysis,and other methods,statistical analysis of the data obtained to verify the research hypothesis.Research shows that employee turnover tends to be influenced by the situation variables of leader-member exchange;at the same time,the quality of leader-member exchange relationship at the organizational level is differentiated from individual-level leader-member and employee turnover careers.There is a significant cross-level regulatory role in the process of attitude and influence.This article enriched the theoretical research on the influence factors of organizational scenarios in the theory of protean career,expanded the antecedent variables of employee turnover proneness at the individual and organizational level,and verified the cross-level adjustment of leader-member exchange relationship differentiation.Role and use the theory of embeddedness to explain the theoretical mechanism.At the same time,the research of the article has important practical reference value for the management of careers of employees and enterprises under the new career attitude.
