In the knowledge economy era background, competition among enterprises become fierce, companies must take innovation as a core element of the enterprise if they want to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. As the main innovation, employees’innovation behavior has always valued the business community’s concern and theorists. Collect and sort through the results of previous studies found that leadership-members of the exchange relationship usually as an intermediary variable to influence innovative behavior of employees, few scholars to leadership-members of the exchange relationship as independent variables to analyze the mechanism of its innovation and employee behavior. Therefore, this study focuses on:Leadership member exchange on employee innovation behavior of mechanisms. The innovative behavior of employees working in a large extent by the impact of embedding, so this research leader-member exchange when the internal mechanism of employee innovation behavior analysis embedded in the existence of mediating effect between the two.To achieve the above objective, the present study analyzed the leader-member exchange relationship with employees’innovative behavior, and explores the leadership-member exchange processes affecting their innovative behavior and mechanism. Through a questionnaire to a number of enterprises in Anhui Province conducted an investigation, a large collection of first-hand data, the use of statistical software Spssl7.0and Amos17.0Scale of reliability and validity, correlation and regression analysis.The results showed that leadership-exchange members and the working relationship between the presence of a positive impact on employees embedding innovative behavior and leadership-member exchange innovative behavior of employees affected by job action embedding.The study is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. The part mainly introduces the research background and the core issue of study, the research significance, research ideas and methods and possible innovations. The second part is a literature review. This part mainly to the related leadership-member exchange, job-embedded, employee innovative behavior and the research achievements of each variable index to carry on the literature review and comb.The third part of the study design. According to the theory of literature review, research hypotheses and research framework constructed to select the study and measurement tools, design questionnaires and surveys.The fourth part is the empirical analysis. According to the survey sample data collected, the inspection questionnaire reliability and validity, analysis of leadership-member exchange, employee innovation behavior embedded in the status quo and work, these three variables tested differences in personal attributes variables verify leadership-member exchange impact on employee innovation behavior and work to embed an intermediary role in both relationships.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study, management advice and research prospects. This part of the study on the basis of the above, summarized the research conclusions, put forward management recommendations, while pointing out the shortcomings of this study and future research directions in the field.
