With the continuous deepening of the market economy,the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy has more and more important status in the market entity,the development of which is of great significance to the progress of the market economy.Under the goal of the deepening reform,corporate governance has become an important direction of enterprise development.As the main body of stakeholders,employees are the key target to achieve the governance objective.Thus,employees' participation in corporate governance can be realized by means of motivating employees' subjective initiative so as to create more value for enterprises has become the core for researching enterprise progress.Under the background of the Social Action Theory,the thesis makes a study on the influence factors of employee involvement in the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy under the framework of corporate governance,through the method of empirical study,by narrating the current situation and analyzing the influence factors of employee involvement,taking the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy in Zunyi,Guizhou as a trial investigation,so as to enrich and improve the influence factors of employee involvement in the governance of the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy.Under the framework of corporate government,this study has definite reference value for formulating and revising the employee involvement in the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy.It can not only reduce the formalization of employee involvement,but also promote the target consistency of the institutionalization means and the rationalization target,so as to come into being the people-oriented working environment in the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy.The thesis is composed of 6 parts: study causes,core concepts and operationalization,literature review,research design,empirical analysis,results and suggestions.The first part is about the background of the topic.Under the background of the economic policies to develop the mixed-ownership enterprises put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,the thesis takes the shareholding as the breakout to make employees participate in the corporate governance,which can not only solve problems left behind by history in the reform of the state-owned enterprises,but also alleviate the problems raised in the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy such as unclear property rights and the loss of the state-owned assets.Thus,the development of the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy needs employee involvement as a breakout to realize corporate government.The second part is about the literature review.By means of teasing the related researches regarding the employee involvement,this part will summarize and conclude that the employee involvement under the background of the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy is a participation process unfolded through a bunch of behavior chain in the corporate governance according to the Social Action Theory.The third part is about the concept definition.This part will define the concepts of the employee involvement,the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy and the corporate government.The fourth part is about the research design.By taking the employees of the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy as the research object,and adopting the empirical research,this part based on the theory will operate the corporate governance into three dimensions: information disclosure,employee motivation,and enterprises' social responsibility,and assume that information disclosure has an impact on employee involvement,employee motivation has an impact on employee involvement,enterprises' social responsibility has an impact on employee involvement,respectively.Finally,this part puts forward the general hypothesis that corporate governance has an impact on employee involvement.The fifth part is about the empirical analysis.Through the reliability and validity of testing problems in the design of the questionnaire to research the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy in Zunyi,Guizhou,this part will analyze empirically by SPSS statistical software.The research results show that the corporate governance can affect employee involvement,and information disclosure,employee motivation,and enterprises' social responsibility have a positive correlation with the employee involvement respectively.The conclusions are as follows: the greater the degree of information disclosure is,the more active the employee involvement is;the greater the degree of employee motivation is,the more active the employee involvement is;the better the enterprises' social responsibility is,the more active the employee involvement is.Therefore,the corporate governance affects employee involvement.The mentioned-above research hypotheses are established.The sixth part is about results and suggestions.Through empirical analysis,the factors of employee involvement are manifested in: in terms of information disclosure,significant financial status information,internal control information,and external environmental information have an influence on employee involvement;in terms of employee motivation,economic income,employee benefits,job training and job stability have an influence on employee involvement;in terms of enterprises' social responsibility,supporting community public welfare activities,participating in or organize social donation,and participating in public welfare organizations have an influence on employee involvement.According to the above conclusions,this thesis suggests strengthening the suggestions to the employee involvement,and reflects overall the defects in this study,so as to provide a practical reference value for the study of the influence factors of employee involvement in the state-owned enterprises of the mixed-ownership economy under the framework of the corporate government.In general,the employee in the production and business operation activities of the state-owned enterprises have the desire and intention to participate in the business administration.The state-owned enterprises provide timely communication and motivation through creating conditions,so as to make employees be engaged and participate actively.By means of a comparatively complete participation behavior,employees can create a sense of belonging and identity,which plays an active role for corporate government and is of good reference for the reform and development of the state-owned enterprises of the mixed ownership economy.On the premise of maintaining and safeguarding the rights of employees,it is ought to unite the relationship between the enterprise and employees,to guarantee enterprise's social justice,and to maintain the harmonious development of enterprises' internal and external relations.
