The Scientific Connotation And Theoretical Significance Of Xi Jinping's Thought Of Poverty Alleviation

The poverty problem is a universal problem that exists worldwide and is affected by many factors such as the economy,society,ecology,and education.It has seriously affected the stable development of the society and the stability of order.It has become a concern of governments and scholars in various countries.Since the founding of New China,the issue of poverty has always been highly concerned by the party and the government.After years of efforts to alleviate poverty,it has achieved remarkable results.However,in the new historical period,it also faces new problems of contradiction.At present,the poverty population is mainly concentrated in remote rural areas,border areas,old revolutionary areas,and poor areas of ecological environment.The level of poverty is deepening.The poverty reduction task is complex and arduous.The "reducing poverty effect" shows a decreasing trend.General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the fundamental interests of the people and is always concerned about poverty in various regions of China,with the desire to make it difficult for poverty-stricken groups to get rid of poverty and lead a well-off society.He frequently went to poverty-stricken areas to visit poor families,and repeatedly delivered speeches on the idea of helping the poor and poverty alleviation,and put poverty alleviation work at a new height of governance.This article is guided by Marxism theory,uses literature research methods,a combination of history and logic,analyzes induction,tries to make an in-depth study of Xi Jinping's idea of poverty alleviation,and deepens the understanding of Marx's poverty theory and the Chinese-owned Marxist thought of poverty alleviation.First of all,this paper sorts out the theoretical sources,objective practice basis and Xi's personal subjective conditions of Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation thought.Secondly,this article introduces the experience of poverty alleviation accumulated by Comrade Xi Jinping at the grass-roots level and the central government over the years,and summarizes thebud,development,and maturity of Xi Jinping's idea of poverty alleviation.Thirdly,it further discusses the importance of poverty eradication and the application of materialist dialectics and the idea of seeking truth from facts in poverty alleviation practices.Focuses on Comrade Xi Jinping's approach to inheriting Marxist poverty theory and China's poverty alleviation and development thinking,combining current China's current social development status and basic national conditions,seeking truth from facts,pioneering and innovating approaches a serious poverty alleviation which with Chinese characteristics,such as precision Poverty alleviation,precision poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation through education,ecological poverty alleviation,joint efforts to alleviate poverty,intrinsic poverty alleviation,and institutional poverty alleviation,etc.Finally,actively explore the inheritance and innovation of Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation ideology system for Marx's poverty theory and China's poverty alleviation and development thoughts,and provide theoretical basis and path choices for China's contemporary poverty governance practices and other countries' efforts to alleviate poverty.
