The Study Of Xi Jinping's Thought Of Taking Targeted Measures To Help People Lift Themselves Out Of Poverty

The Chinese government attaches great importance to poverty alleviation work.In the 40 years of reform and opening up,China has reduced more than 700 million poor people and made tremendous contributions to the cause of human poverty reduction.However,poverty alleviation in our country remains ambiguous,the positioning of the poor population is not clear,the investment in poverty alleviation funds is insufficient,and the project positioning is inaccurate.Therefore,the existing poverty alleviation and development mechanisms and policies need reform and innovation.In the past five years,the Party Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core,regard poverty alleviation as the biggest shortcoming in building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,persists in problem-oriented thinking,and forms Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation.Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation is the guiding ideology for China's governance of poverty in the new era and will play a decisive role in the future poverty alleviation.This dissertation discusses Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation based on the theory of anti-poverty of classical Marxist writer and Marxist anti-poverty theory of China.This idea is mainly manifested in the party's leadership,common prosperity,spiritual poverty alleviation,and the poverty alleviation content of the multiple main bodies working together to help the poor.The key to Xi's idea of accurate poverty alleviation is the spiritual poverty alleviation.By increasing the support for aid,wisdom,and helping the morality,it reshapes the dominant position of the poor and stimulates their endogenous forces.Common prosperity is the purpose of the poverty alleviation practice.The ultimate goal of accurate poverty alleviation is to enable the poor to enter the well-to-do society together with the people of the country.Xi Jinping's idea of accurate poverty alleviation has important time values.In the five years under the guidance of the precise poverty alleviation ideas,China's poverty-stricken population has steadily lifted more than 60 million people.Accurate poverty alleviation has effectively promoted the process of building a prosperous society in China.At present,foreign countries are learning China's experience in poverty reduction.Precise poverty alleviation will advance the development of the world's anti-poverty cause and maintain world peace and stability.
