Study On Inventory Management Optimization Of Fresh Fruit Logistics

Along with the all-round development of the national economy,there are great changes with production and consumption of fruit in China.The citizen's demand for fruit is increasing.The fruit planting area was 15.47 million hectares,the output was0.275 billion tons and the expenditure was up to 271 million tons in 2016.It is expected to grow up to 16 million hectares,the output is up to 307 million tons and the expenditure reaches 0.29 billion tons in 2020.At the same time,with the improvement of living standards,people's demand for fruit quality is getting higher and higher.The timeliness of the traditional fresh fruit logistics inventory management can not meet the needs of the development of the era.Therefore,it is necessary to take practical measures to improve the quality of fresh fruit and reduce the cost of inventory.On basis of field investigation,this paper applies inventory management theory and inventory control theory to the fresh fruit freezer of demand factors,the layout of the inner function area,the operation procedure,the inventory control and the management system conducts comprehensive analyzed.At the last,we took one of freezers in Zhengzhou as an example.We have studied the layout of the functional area in the storage,the operation process of freezer,the control of the freezer and the establishment of the cold fresh storage system.We made use of the ABC classification method and deterministic storage model were to control the inventory of freezer and proposed the optimization scheme.Finally,this paper came the following conclusions.The optimization of the internal functional area layout and the operation process improve practically the efficiency in freezer.The scientific storage method has a significant effect on the inventory control offreezer and reducing the cost of inventory.Standardized and efficient management system can effectively improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees.
