| In the context of economic globalization going deeper nowadays,market competition is now not between the enterprises.The supply chain is becoming the basic unit of market competition.Manufacturing industry consists of many nodes such as material supply,manufacturing,transportation,distribution,retail and so on.Therefore the trend for basic completion unit becoming supply chain is more obvious.However,manufacturing industry consists of many elements such as people,devices,orders and so on,and disruptions like human factor,machine breakdown and order change occur now and then.They make supply chain decision making more difficult.Besides,members of supply chains are often independent economic entities,and they have their own commercial secrets and management objectives,so information not being shared and information asymmetry exist between the supply chain members.In this decentralized decision making environment,supply chain optimal schedule cannot be achieved.This is a main obstacle of supply chain scheduling.Even in the centralized decision making environment,supply chain scheduling under disruption is a serious problem to solve.Therefore,it is meaningful for supply chain performance improvement to study the supply chain scheduling problem in the context of disruption management.A supply chain of two members is the basic supply chain and it the basic to study other types of supply chains.In this research,we take the two-stage supply chain as an example to study the supply chain scheduling problem in the context of disruption management.The details are elaborated as follow.For the disruption management problem with predictable machine disruption in proportional two-stage supply chain,multiple processing conditions under no-wait and no-idle supply chain constraints are discussed.Considering fixed size batch processing,different constraints of no-wait and no-idle,batch weights being different or the same and different objective functions,five sub problems of the aforementioned problem are presented,and this research aims to study the optimal properties of them respectively.Using adjacent-exchange and direct proving approaches,the scheduling objective of the sub problems are respectively examined.And the applicability of SPT,WSPT or LPT scheduling rule to the sub problems are proved.For the two-stage assembly supply chain collaboration scheduling problem under order disruption,the disruption management mechanism is introduced,and with which we minimize the influence caused by the order disruption via considering both the old and new objectives.The supply chain collaboration mechanism is also introduced,and based on the compensation strategy,a supply chain collaboration model is built.To solve the model,a local search method based on extended neighborhood search is designed,and a DPSO_ENS algorithm based on this local search method is generated.Finally,a comparative experiment is conducted to prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. |
