With the withdrawal of the industrial and information age from world economy stage,the knowledge-economy is striding forward toward us.In this ear,the knowledge level,higher or lower,has a direct bearing with the development of the speed and quality of modern economy.Knowledge becomes new economy capital and the most important factor in enterprise operation in gradually replacing the land,resources and other traditional manufacture factors.The amount and uniqueness of knowledge in the course of manufacture shapes the landscape of the enterprise.Hence,the enterprise attaches more importance to the management of the knowledge.As a result,the knowledge sharing,as the most important chain in knowledge management,is becoming the hot issue for research,which could enhance the free flow,study and application in the enterprise and consequently,create new knowledge and generate new values.Admittedly,the knowledge sharing is conducive to the creativity and application,however,it won't be obtained automatically,the key factor is to establish the harmonious atmosphere and flexible and efficient incentive system.In recent years,the scholars launched a lot of research outcome in terms of the incentives of knowledge sharing.Yet it's scarce in the research in hi-tech enterprise,the unique modern enterprise with its own characteristics.The hi-tech enterprise,centered on knowledge staff and featured in strong creativity,high demand of talents in all layers,is of great practical significance in being chosen as research target.Firstly,on the premise of the clarity and evolution of the management theory as Game theory,Principal-agent theory,Incentive theory and Knowledge sharing management theory,the paper untangled the status quo at home and abroad of the research for the the knowledge sharing and incentive system of domestic hi-tech enterprise,which lay a solid foundation of the writing of sequential papers.Firstly,on the premise of the clarity and evolution of the management theory as Game theory,Principal-agent theory,Incentive theory and Knowledge sharing management theory,the paper untangled the status quo at home and abroad of the research for the the knowledge sharing and incentive system of domestic hi-tech enterprise,which lay a solid foundation of the writing of sequential papers.Prior to the formulation of the Knowledge sharing gaming models for hi-tech enterprise,the paper,with the consideration of the concept and feature of the definition of knowledge sharing and hi-tech enterprises,classified the factors to three dimensions in affecting the knowledge sharing for hi-tech enterprises,namely,Hi-tech enterprise knowledge sharing incentive system,Ability dimension of knowledge sharing subject and the object of knowledge sharing-the characteristics of the knowledge,which eventually formulated the evolved gaming incentive system models of knowledge sharing between employees and,the entrust agent incentive models between employees and enterprises.With such models done,the evolve balance between the two models are solved and the best optimized incentive systems are done.In addition,the analysis are done for the influence and changing tendencies of the vibration of the variance factors for the sharing gaming model.Finally,the countermeasures are proposed in favor of the enhance of the employees' knowledge sharing with five aspects as below:(1)promoting communication,increasing the amount of tacit knowledge sharing,and strengthening the learning and training system;(2)Strengthening the transition ability for tacit knowledge;(3)Enhancing synergy;(4)Establishing reasonable incentive system;(5)Establishing strict punishment and prevention mechanism.
