In the era of knowledge economy,the company's rise and fall more depends on the technical innovation ability,this ability is the foundation of the company for the master degree of knowledge,knowledge propagation velocity in the company,the breadth of knowledge into products.Therefore,improving the knowledge level of enterprise employees has become an urgent requirement in the competition.Knowledge sharing is vital to achieve this goal.Knowledge sharing involves identifying,capturing,storing,extracting and communicating important information assets.However,in the traditional working environment,there is a natural resistance to knowledge sharing,and it is common for people to be conservative in order to ensure their own status,which is not conducive to the development of enterprises.Previous research has found that the leader's behavior is the important factors that affect employee knowledge sharing behavior,and practice also shows that in the real world is not only the best measures of knowledge management,knowledge sharing success greatly depends on the employee's social situation,and the employee's social situation and to a large extent affected by the leader's behavior.Sincere leadership as a new style of leadership,although before related studies have shown that sincere leadership behavior would be a positive impact on employees' organizational citizenship behavior,but the staff the knowledge sharing behavior as a kind of organizational citizenship behavior,predecessors for genuine leadership impact on the employees' knowledge sharing behavior study is less,so in this paper,the background of Chinese culture to explore sincere leadership mechanism of the influence on knowledge sharing behavior of employees.In this study,we first sorted out the existing literature and found out the blank of existing research.The theoretical model of this study: sincere leadership as independent variables,feedback seeking atmosphere as intermediary variables,the knowledge sharing behavior of employees will be the dependent variable,and the gender,education,working time and working properties of demographic variables as control variables,put forward some assumptions.This study adopted the mature scale,using the method of questionnaire survey,of 255 subjects made a large-scale research,and by using descriptive statistics analysis,analysis of reliability and validity of questionnaire,correlation analysis and linear regression statistical analysis method to research hypotheses are verified.Research results show that sincere leadership significantly positive influence on employees' knowledge sharing behavior,at the same time sincere type led the four dimensions of self-awareness,internalizing morality,and balance the relationship between processing and transparent for the employee respectively exerted positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior;Sincere leadership significantly positive influence on feedback seeking atmosphere,at the same time the four dimensions of self awareness,internalizing morality,balance the relationship between processing and transparent can feedback seeking atmosphere generates positive role in promoting;Feedback seeking atmosphere has a significant positive effect on employee knowledge sharing behavior;Feedback seeking atmosphere plays an intermediary role between sincere leadership and employee knowledge sharing behaviors.According to the results of the study,the management Suggestions are given: try to build a sincere leadership style;Enhance feedback seeking atmosphere;Establish a mechanism and culture to promote employee knowledge sharing.It is hoped that through this study,there will be some in practice facilitation.At last,the shortcomings and future research prospects of this study are summarized.
