With the development of the knowledge economy,knowledge,as a new productivity,is playing an increasingly important role in the enterprise competition.Employees can promote knowledge to flow to the organization by knowledge sharing within the enterprise,thus improving the utilization of knowledge and increasing the enterprise knowledge number;through in-house communication and exchange,knowledge sharing can also promote the creation of new knowledge,stimulate synergies of knowledge,realize the improvement of knowledge quality,thus improving the competiveness of the enterprise.However,in daily work,employees always have a negative attitude towards knowledge sharing and hide their core knowledge and technology.If enterprises want to improve their competiveness by encouraging employees' knowledge sharing,they need to study what factors really influence it.Existing studies show that the knowledge sharing behavior of employees is not only related with organizational trust,but also affected by leadership style.With ethical quality and behavior as its kernel,Authentic Leadership is a new leadership style,its effect on employee knowledge sharing behavior is the subject of this study.While studying the mechanism of Authentic Leadership's impact on employee's knowledge sharing behavior,this article also further explore the influence route with organizational trust as the mediating variable.This article use empirical research methods,choose the mature measurement scale,and send the questionnaires to enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.Through using software SPSS 18.0 and Lisrel8.80,this article conducts reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to 257 questionnaires.The result represents that Authentic Leadership significantly promote employee's knowledge sharing behavior,internalized moral not only directly affect it,but also influence it through organizational trust with transparent relationship and balance processing;Authentic Leadership has a significant effect on organizational trust,the transparent relationship,internalized moral and balance processing all greatly influence it;the enterprise trust and colleagues trust of organizational trust play the mediating role in the mechanism of Authentic Leadership's impact on employee's knowledge sharing behavior.In the end,this article gives some suggestions for the management practices of enterprises.First,the enterprises should pay great emphasis on the ethical quality and behavior of leaders and put the ethics and values into the selection mechanism of candidates,thus selecting leaders of both ability and integrity for the enterprise.Secondly,the enterprise should create the cultural atmosphere of friendship and mutual assistance,encourage employees' friendly behavior and mutual assistance,on the basis of that,the enterprise should also create adequate opportunities for staff to interact so as to culture the emotion and trust among employees,thus lay the emotional basis for staffs' knowledge sharing behavior.Lastly,the enterprise should accelerate the improvement of enterprise management system,protect and encourage employees' knowledge sharing behavior,so as to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of it.
