Knowledge plays an important role in the economy development. In the project context, successful knowledge sharing contributes to the coordination between the team members and improves the ability of the team to sove problems, thus influence the performance. Howere, there are many obstacles between members to share knowledge because project team is a temporary team. Existing rearch shows that leaders can affect the team members’behavior of knowledge sharing. With the development of information technology and the emergence of new cultural values, authentic leadership is attracting attention in the project filed. But there is a little reaserch between authentic leadership and knowledge sharing. Therefore this paper will study this.This paper constructs a model containning the four dimensions of authentic leadership/the two dimensions of project knowledge sharing/psychological capital to test assumptions through statistical analysis using SPSS18.0&AMOS17.0with the data getted through the questionnaire survey.Research results show that:authentic leadership has significant positive effect on project team knowledge sharing and psychological has a mediating role between them. Self-awareness of authentic leadership can significantly affect explicit knowledge sharing; self-awareness/internalized moral/relational transparency can significantly affect tacit knowledge sharing; the tree dimensions also can significantly affect team members’psychological capital. Psychological capital plays mediating role between authentic leadership and explicit knowledge sharing, and between authentic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing.Finally, this paper presented some suggestions for the project team management, summed up the limitations of this study, and discussed the direction of future study.
