In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become a strategic resource for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.Peter Drucker believes that knowledge is a more important and meaningful resource than land and capital. As an important place for knowledge exchange and creation, industrial cluster has become a strategic choice for many enterprises to improve their competitiveness. However, the over-rooted nature of industrial clusters will also lead to the exclusion of heterogeneous knowledge. The knowledge in the cluster is more and more similar, which will reduce the effectiveness of knowledge in the long run.In contrast, temporary industrial clusters have the advantages of cluster spatial agglomeration, which can provide opportunities for enterprises to establish cooperative relations and acquire external knowledge. The heterogeneity of knowledge is ensured by promoting cross-regional linkages between enterprises, which is helpful to break through the dilemma of knowledge locking in long-term clusters. However, most of the existing researches on knowledge transfer focus on multinational groups, knowledge alliances and industrial clusters, but there are relatively few studies on temporary industrial clusters. At present, temporary industrial clusters have attracted the attention of economic geography scholars,so their research is based on the knowledge of economic geography and focuses on the exploration of the evolution mechanism of macroscopical and mesoscopic clusters.Based on the theory of knowledge transfer, this study comprehensively applies the literature analysis and the empirical analysis method to study the phenomenon of knowledge transfer between enterprises in the background of the exhibition from the perspective of temporary industry cluster.Firstly, the structural equation model is constructed, and then the data is collected by means of questionnaire. Finally, the data is collected by SPSS 10.0 and AMOS 17.0.The results show that:For temporary clusters that are geographically highly adjacent thus rely primarily on face-to-face communication of knowledge,(1)Transmission capacity and absorptive capacities of the knowledge transfer agent play key roles in the temporary cluster. They not only have significant effects on the effect of knowledge transfer, but also act as intermediaries for other factors. However, their relationship with other factors is not consistent and play different intermediary effects.(2)Different attributes of knowledge have different influences on the effect of knowledge transfer,in which the tacit of knowledge indirectly affects the effect of knowledge transfer through transmitting ability, but there is only a correlation between the complexity of knowledge and the effect of knowledge transfer.(3)knowledge distance has significant influence on the effect of knowledge transfer, but it depends on absorptive capacity.
