Research On Knowledge Flow Among Enterprises Of Creative Industrial Cluster

As a sunrise industry in the economic development of modern society, creativeindustry plays an important role in upgrading the life of the human spirit, promotingthe progress of science and technology, transferring urban economies and propellingeconomic globalization. The huge economic benefits brought by creative industryprovide unprecedented positive effect for regional economic development and socialprogress. The flow of knowledge is born in clustered mode, creative burst, evolvesunder the combined effect of the movement of persons and corporate developmentneeds and other factors, and it has a positive effect on social transformation, culturalheritage and urban regeneration. The flow of knowledge is also able to promotecooperation among enterprises of the creative and change the stock of knowledgeand the knowledge structure of the enterprise, so as to realize the coordinateddevelopment of the entire cluster and boost the sustainable development of theregional economy. Scholars concerned about the creative industry cluster hasachieved fruitful results, but the study only focused on progress of cluster formation,development of the creative industries and creative industries cluster development ofrelated industries and the transformation of economic development mode. Thisdissertation starts from quantitative analysis and deeply analyzes the flow ofknowledge in the creative industry clusters. It has certain guiding significance for thedevelopment of creative industries cluster in both theory and reality.This dissertation describes the related concepts of the creative industries clusterinter-firm knowledge flows and analyzes flow characteristics and ways of knowledgeamong enterprises within the creative industries cluster.On the basis of influencing factors on the flow of knowledge within the cluster,this dissertation establishes the structural equation model with multiply impactfactors, verifies assumptions combined with survey and analyzes model reliability and validity of the sample.The path is calculated by the model. The main interaction of five influencingfactors including exploring the knowledge of the main supplier, knowledge receiver,attribute of knowledge, environmental factors, the intimacy among the knowledge ofthe main supplier and receiver jointly has a significant effect on the flow ofknowledge in the creative industries cluster enterprises.The deed having been performed very effectively is to take Changsha animationindustry cluster as an example and analyze influencing factors of flow of knowledgein the animation industries cluster enterprises. Finally, some promotion strategies areproposed aiming at offering some reference to the development of creative industriescluster in Changsha.
