| Looking at the world economy, the development of industrial clusters has become a global economic phenomenon under the context of globalization and knowledge economy. The development of industrial clusters has played a crucial role for regional economic development. In the knowledge economy era, the innovation and management of knowledge in industrial clusters has become the main source of competitive advantage and the fundamental driving force of sustainable development of industrial clusters. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of knowledge, it's harder and harder for an individual company to achieve the endogenous growth of knowledge by itself. Acquiring the external knowledge resources has become one of the strategic goals of a company. As the result, enterprises go to gather together for the dynamic aggregation economic benefits such as the innovation and transfer of technology and knowledge. As the knowledge transfer itself is a new field which needs further study, so there is less studies on knowledge transfer in industrial cluster. This paper first reviews the studies on industrial cluster and knowledge transfer, and then expounds the character and category of knowledge. We show the main body in knowledge transfer. This paper studies the reason which driving the knowledge transfer in industrial cluster, and analyzes the process and mechanism of knowledge transfer in industrial cluster. We divide knowledge transfer in the industrial cluster into two levels, three kinds of model to analysis, and discuss the levels and models separately. This paper discusses the knowledge transfer between organizations in the industrial cluster in the condition that the information is compete, and analyze the factors which affecting knowledge transfer. Also this paper discusses how the incomplete information influences the knowledge transfer between companies in the industrial cluster. We get the separating equilibrium conditions of knowledge transfer in incomplete information. This paper introduces the signaling game model, and studies the effect that the signaling removing the asymmetry information. Finally, this paper proposes some policy recommendations on how to promote the frequency and efficiency of knowledge transfer in industrial clusters. |
