Budget management is an advanced tool for internal management of the company.Through budget management,the company can make full use of the company's advantages to improve the management level of the company,enhance the competitive advantage of the company,help the company to continue to develop rapidly,and realize the strategic goal of the company.With the popularity and development of network technology,the global cross-border electricity supplier trade volume is rising sharply.The inclusive trade brought by cross-border e-commerce provides a broader market for small and medium-sized enterprises.Cross-border e-commerce is the product of economic globalization,at the same time,it can also promote the development of economic globalization and promote the interoperability of the global economy.In the face of increasingly changeable international trade environment,due to the limitation of the budget management model originally applied by the HT cross-border e-commerce company,the development of the company is relatively slow.Under the economic development environment,HT cross-border e-commerce companies want to explore the budget management method applicable to the company to realize the company's economy.The steady improvement of the benefit.In this paper,we use the method of literature analysis and case analysis to conduct in-depth research on the current budget management scheme of HT cross-border electric company.First,this paper analyzes the development background of cross-border e-commerce industry and the characteristics of the industry,emphasizes the importance of the overall budget management because of the particularity of the cross-border e-commerce industry,and expounds the budget organization structure,budget compilation,budget implementation and monitoring,and budget examination of the budget management of HT cross-border E-commerce companies.Evaluation and incentive of the four aspects of the status quo.Secondly,through interviews with HT cross-border e-commerce company,this paper concludes that the current budget lacks effective organization,the lack of strategic orientation,the absence of execution and monitoring,and the imperfect evaluation system,and analyze the existing problems for the company's budget management.The influence of life.Finally,this paper puts forward a budget management system which is suitable for cross-border e-commerce companies and establishes a budget management guarantee system to help the operation of the HT cross-border e-commerce company.This paper argues that it is necessary and feasible for HT cross-border electric company to set up a budget management system with balanced scorecard.In the process of design,emphasis is paid to the design of dimensions and the selection of indicators based on the characteristics of the cross-border e-commerce industry in the introduction of the balanced scorecard.It is beneficial to improve the management efficiency of the company,and to avoid the risks caused by the economic environment,the policy of various countries and the internal changes in the company,and improve the operation capacity of the company.So as to achieve better operational benefits.This paper provides support and reference for the construction of the budget management system of cross-border electric business enterprises,which has theoretical significance and guidance significance.
