Research On Investment Team Performance Improvement Of L Venture Capital Company

This paper takes the performance improvement of the L Venture Capital Company investment team as the core research direction,combined with the characteristics and profit model of the venture capital industry,and the domestic and foreign literature research results in the field of project management,team management and performance management,and combs the background of the cooperation and principal agent relationship within the project investment team.In this paper,the position of the investment team in the L Venture Capital Company,the rights structure and the salary model,through in-depth interview,collect the existing performance evaluation system,and the various problems in the PDCA implementation.Then through the design of the two questionnaires of "performance impact factors" and "current performance system survey",we investigate the members of the L Venture Capital Company investment team and find the most important problems that should be improved,as well as the core influencing factors,namely,the degree of effort,the degree of cooperation and the degree of organizational support,and the three factors,as well as the P and A sections in the PDCA are the most weakest.After finding the core problem,this paper further analyzes the function analysis of the influencing factors,namely,the team members,the teamwork among the teams,and the effect of the game performance between the individual and the team.The paper then set up new performance indicators through BSC and KPI,as well as weight and evaluation criteria,enumerate the examples of performance results of B team,put forward specific strategies for improving performance scheme,and finally related strategies for supporting and ensuring performance improvement mechanism.Through the analysis of this paper,research and project design,it has a guiding and reference role for the performance improvement of different types of L Venture Capital Company investment team,which can guide and promote the training of the venture capital and the development of the venture capital industry.
