Research On Venture Investment Project Evaluation Of Venture Capital

As the venture capital project in the country’s rapid development, the venture capital has gradually become the accelerator of modern economy, and related research about venture capital has gained more and more attention. As the earlier company to develop domestic venture capital, ZT Capital CO., LTD (ZT) has developed with high speed in recent years and is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. However, there are some problems, which are needed to solve, for example how to improve the decision-making efficiency of venture investment, how to improve the evaluation index system and method of venture capital project.Starting with an analysis on the present developing conditions of venture investment; an introduction of related conceptions and theories about venture investment and a brief description about ZT, an evaluation study about ZT’s venture investment is made theatrically and practically. The paper analyzes the present conditions of ZT’s venture investment, and introduces the evaluation index system and evaluation method of ZT’s venture investment. And the existing problems about ZT’s venture investment evaluation is been analyzed. Then, the improvement idea about ZT’s venture investment evaluation is put forward, and an improved venture investment evaluation and the detailed introduction are illustrated. At last, a TOPSIS method is made to evaluate the venture investment projects.Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis about ZT’s venture investment to prove the efficiency of the evaluation method.
