In recent years, countries in all around the world have put the development of low-carbon sustainable economy into the important strategy of the country. With the increase of consumers' awareness of low carbon consumption, more and more consumers are paying attention to green products. The carbon emission of unit products will directly affect the consumers' purchasing demand, thus affecting the strategic choice of the whole supply chain network. This paper established a sensitive to carbon emissions due to the uncertain requirements of multi-objective mixed integer model,by using piece-wise linear function, constraint method, chart analysis and linear analysis methods such as the supply chain network design and optimization problems were studied.First of all, introducing the research background and significance, analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, and giving the research contents and methods, and expounds the theory of sustainable supply chain and the design theory of sustainable supply chain network. The related theory of carbon emission sensitivity is explained, and then the principle and algorithm flow of the constraint algorithm are introduced.Secondly, analyzing part of sustainable supply chain network and constraints in the process of the supply chain operation and the carbon link, selecting the best carbon quantitative method, reference literature, and putting forward the carbon emissions per unit product a piece-wise linear function relationship with the consumer demand assumed that prove it and turn it into the model.Thirdly, taking the closed-loop supply chain network as the research object, considering the uncertain demand of consumers' carbon emission sensitivity and the influence of carbon emission quota,A two-objective mixed integer programming model with the goal of maximum total operating profit and minimum total carbon emission is established, and the improved constrained algorithm is applied to solve the model. Finally, the optimal network design and the optimal results are obtained by the example analysis of the established model. The optimal results are analyzed under thecondition of limiting the purchase quantity of green consumers and the carbon emission quota respectively,so as to solve the resource allocation problems such as network facility location, supplier selection, production technology selection, product transport volume between nodes, etc. It provides some guidance suggestions for the decision makers to design their supply chain network reasonably under different consumption market and carbon emission quota.
