With the continuous development of market economy, the continuous refinement and deepen of specialization. The connection between individual enterprise and external stakeholders is also becoming more closely and frequently. The enterprise can not be immune now, because any changes in any enterprise which in the supply chain will be more or less impact on its own operations. In current market environment, enterprises which participate in the market competition are shown as a complete supply chain, the competition between supply chains will become the protagonist in the future.Therefore, the core enterprise supply chain management should be paid more attention to maintain efficient and sustained, so as to maintain itself in a favorable position in the market competition.However, while the enterprise and its supply chain system become more open and systemic, both the complex market factors and other non-market factors are will bring more or less impact on the enterprise supply chain. Some of these factors can be predicted by the analysis of the business situation and the grasp of the market, so as to avoid or reduce the impact; and some factors can not be predict by the enterprises so that can not be evaded, such as natural disasters, political unrest, emergencies and so on. Enterprise is facing the potential threat of uncertainties all the time, if we ignore the factors, it is no doubt that the health of the enterprise operations and future development are very unfavorable.The main content of this paper is the enterprises under one kind of unpredictable factors such as natural disasters, how to design their own supply chain network, to make it more robust to withstand the risk of interference from outside while ensuring the efficiency of its operations. On the basis of previous studies, we build a supply chain network model about some interruptions which are caused by natural disasters, combined with scenario planning method. The model is a mixed-integer non-linear programming problem, at the same time, quantify the robustness and efficiency of the supply chain, the objective function is the weighted sum of the robustness and efficiency, discuss the impact on the efficiency and robustness of the supply chain as well as the changes in the supply chain network structure when a parameter changes. An empirical analysis verifies the feasibility of the model as fallow. The results show that the model is reasonable and effective, does bring a certain degree of improvement on the efficiency and robustness of the supply chain network design. |
