The model implies the assumption of traditional facility location, which assumes that once the facility is completed, it will always work in accordance with the work plan. However, in reality, facilities may be due to inclement weather, vandalism, the right of ownership’s change or other factors not work normally. Usually this accident will increase the extra expenditure of enterprises, such as transportation costs and the cost of rehabilitation. But for the extreme event, such as the earthquake, hurricane, it is accidental, but once it happens, it will cause incalculable loss to the enterprises. With the rapid development of market economy, we find that in the commercial and popular life, more and more books and literature point out the importance of the disruption risk management in supply chain and analysis of the whole system. Distribution center is an important part of the whole supply chain network and the location of the distribution center once identified, many factors and the corresponding costs and benefits will be in a corresponding level of fixed and in a short time, they are very difficult to change. The improper selection not only affects the operation efficiency, but also affects the operation efficiency of the supply chain which associated with the enterprise. This paper conducts a site selection model research of distribution center on selecting M constructions from N alternative addresses, based on the random interrupted of the location problem of distribution center. Firstly, this paper reviews the research background, the relevant literature of the location problem and expounds the related theories of distribution center location. Based on traditional site selection model of distribution center, the article presents the quantification procedure about natural calamity——a wide range of risks. The natural calamity, as a risk factor, is joined into the model and the article also considers the extra transportation cost and the extra repairing cost paid for interruption of facilities. Secondly, in this paper, the tools adopted are Visual C++ 6.0 programming to program and calculate for optimal solution. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper gives the practical examples to compare the result of the traditional model and the new model and analysis it. It points out that this study’s practical value. Under the natural calamity perturbation, our goal is to select the optimum number and location of distribution center with the minimum cost. Meanwhile, it should ensure the balance of the robustness and efficiency of the supply chain network.
