| Short product cycle,high innovation requirement and high knowledge density are the characteristics of IT interprise,these characteristics make IT enterprises highly dependent on talents.IT technology employees have high professional skills,they are important resources,once the idea of leaving in the heart,they are likely to flow out.In order to decline the turnover intention of IT technology staff and mitigate the negative effects of turnover intention as far as possible,327 technical staffs in IT enterprise are surveyed,then we analysis and research on the collected questionnaires.This paper based on the hypothesis that there is a negative correlation between the various dimensions of job satisfaction and turnoverh intention,SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0statistical analysis tools were used for correlation analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn.1.Technical staffs are not satisfied with work return,and it is more satisfactory to the enterprise image,the enterprise culture,the work itself,the working conditions,Interpersonal relationship and personal development.2.Through the correlation analysis,There is a significant negative correlation between employee satisfaction and turnover intention,the more satisfied employees are,the weaker the idea of outgoing enterprises.3.The work itself,work returns and personal development have a significant negative impact on the loss of the trend,the more satisfied the employees are to the work itself,the return on work and personal development,the more difficult it is to generate the idea of outflowing enterprises4.Corporate image,corporate culture,working condition and interpersonal relationship have no significant negative correlation on the loss of the trend,employees' satisfaction with the above dimensions does not affect the strength of employees' turnover intention. |
