It is one of the hot topics in the research of human resource management at home and abroad to discuss the employee turnover intention based on the perspective of job embeddedness.A review of the literature,which is embedded by embedded within the work and work into two dimensions,and under the two dimensions and organization matching,organization sacrifice,organization connection and community,community,community sacrifice,connecting six sub dimensions,employees in the work of internal and external matching,feel different and connection degree will sacrifice ultimately affect turnover intention.Based on previous studies,this paper takes ES technology employees as the research object to find out the relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention,and puts forward management improvement strategies and safeguard measures from the perspective of job embeddedness.This article uses the form of questionnaire to obtain data.On the basis of previous work Embeddedness and turnover intention scale,this paper modifies the wording of localization to understand,and adds lie detector questions to screen questionnaires.In the end,113 valid questionnaires were obtained.The data are analyzed by SPSS software,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)ES technology staff has high level of work Embeddedness and low turnover intention,but there are also some skilled workers with low job embeddedness and high turnover intention.(2)The correlation analysis showed that the organization,organization sacrifice,and negative correlation between organizational links and turnover intention significantly,job embeddedness and turnover intention have no significant correlation;variance analysis showed workers gender age marital status and education level and personal background had no marked effect on turnover intention.Only has a significant effect on the working life of the employee turnover intention;regression analysis has a negative predictive value display embedded within the two dimensions of organization and organization,at the expense of technical employee turnover intention(3)There are no significant reasons for the influence of job embeddedness on turnover intention of skilled workers: the scale of job embeddedness is not high,and the proportion of ES technology workers is too high.(4)The results of this study are as follows: H1 and H3 are established,H2 is not established,H4 is partly established.Subhypothesis H1 a,H1b,H1 c are established,subhypothesis H2 a,H2b,H2 c are not established.(5)The strategies embedded in ES's work include career management,benefit sharing plan,seniority based welfare plan,retirement annuity plan,stock holding plan and so on.The strategy of embedding dimensions outside the job is to reduce the funds of employee association activities,change staff accommodation policy and so on.(6)The guarantee measures for the implementation of the improved strategy of ES company's work embeddedness mainly include the following three aspects: First,the organization guarantee.Second,technical guarantee.Third,fund guarantee.
