At present,the vigorous development of China’s construction industry has brought good development opportunities for construction enterprises.In 2017,the output value of the construction industry completed by provinces across the province was 7 trillion and 438 billion 976 million yuan,accounting for 34.77% of the total construction output value of the whole country.The cross regional project has become an important means of expanding the business and occupying the market share,which also means that more and more employees will be stationed in different places for a long time because of their work needs.The survey shows that the mobility of the employees in different places is larger and the turnover rate is generally high.Job satisfaction and turnover of employees stationed in different places have become the focus of many construction enterprises.In order to study the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,the work contents of this study include the following six aspects:(1)Building conceptual models based on the theories of existing scholars,and putting forward the basic assumptions of the study,including H1,H1 a,H1b,H1 c and H1 d.(2)Select or design appropriate two-tensor tables to measure the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the employees in different places,determine the demographic variables and form the final questionnaire.(3)Determine the total sample size and accurately send questionnaires to the target population and collect them.(4)The depth analysis of the data,the main methods include reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and comparative analysis.(5)A case study of W enterprises in Wuhan is used to verify the research findings.(6)The conclusion is drawn,and countermeasures and suggestions for staff management in different places are provided.This study takes the expatriate staff of construction enterprises as the research object.Through the summary of the previous research results on job satisfaction and turnover intention,the relationship model of job satisfaction,personal statisticsvariable and turnover intention is constructed,and the hypothesis relation of this study is derived through literature review.Through the questionnaire survey collecting data and analyzing and verifying,we can find out the dimension of job satisfaction of expatriate staff,and finally get the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention in the construction enterprises.It is of certain theoretical and practical significance to put forward the management strategy for the expatriate staff from the point of view of the enterprise.This study mainly collected data through questionnaire survey,among which the questionnaire adopted the international general short-term Minnesota job satisfaction scale and the turnover intention scale of the scholar Price.The two tensors were proved to have good reliability and validity.Then the depth analysis of the questionnaire was carried out through SPSS software.The conclusion is drawn through data analysis.Comparing the conclusions of data analysis with the previous research conclusions of relevant topics,this paper reveals the particularity of expatriate staff,and explains the possible reasons for the original hypothesis that H1 b and H1 c are not established.In order to test the validity of the research conclusions,the fifth chapter introduces the case of the construction enterprise W in Wuhan,and explores the reasons for the high turnover of the staff in the foreign area.At the end of the article,we summarize the conclusions of this study.Finally,based on the research conclusions of this article,combined with the author’s practical experience in the construction enterprise project management,the management measures and suggestions of stationing employees in different places are put forward from different perspectives around the expatriate staff of the construction enterprises.
