In recent years,with micro-blogging,micro-letters,mobile clients,such as the rapid development of new media,the increasing number of netizens,all kinds of ideas collide with each other,everyone can express their views and views through the new media,and quickly spread in the circle of friends,causing sensational effect,the new media era has come quietly;Enterprise as an important cell of society,The business and development of the Enterprise,the stability and progress of the society,if the corporate public opinion risk awareness is insufficient,the response will be very likely to promote the event double amplification,to the Enterprise to bring greater negative impact.How to correctly analyze public opinion,scientifically deal with public opinion and correctly guide public opinion is a subject that Enterprises need to know and face correctly.This paper applies new media,public opinion management,risk management and other related knowledge,take G Enterprise as the research object,first discusses the research background and the significance,carries on the research to the public opinion,the risk management and so on the domestic and foreign situation,on the related foundation,then obtains the public opinion risk management characteristic and the basic principle;Organizational structure,and so on,multi-angle analysis of current corporate public opinion management situation,G Enterprise formed a set of sound public opinion management mechanism,set up a public opinion disposal leading Group,strengthen the analysis and evaluation of public opinion,but there are also backward management concepts,internal mechanism unreasonable,leadership of public opinion disregard,corporate criticism of the constant manifestation and so on.Again,combined with questionnaires,staff discussions,data analysis and other forms,the G Enterprise public opinion risk screening,identification and determination,and finally determine the main risk of G Enterprise,including the national Policy risk,the Enterprise's own risk,internal management risk and the staff's own risk,such as four kinds of risk,thus constructing the G Enterprise Public opinion risk index system;Finally,through the selection of the public opinion Risk evaluation Index of G Enterprise,based on the expert grading,this paper analyzes the risk of public opinion in G Enterprise by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,uses case analysis method to analyze the G Enterprise,combines the concrete case of the Enterprise under the background of new media era,analyses the national policy risk,the Enterprise own risk,The internal management risk and the staff's own risk,carries on the further analysis to these risks,has found the Enterprise existence question weak link;Finally,unifies the Enterprise existence four aspects the public opinion risk,proposed four aspects the countermeasure strategy,for the Enterprise in the response complex changeable public opinion when provides the practice reference,For the good development of Enterprises to provide a reasonable public opinion to deal with the idea,to create a good atmosphere.
