The first is the use of risk identification techniques, the different risks of project identification and comprehensive analysis of the initial. Secondly, the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods of risk assessment; and then use different coping strategies proposed risk response measures. Finally, five risk monitoring and control of project risk monitoring and control to effectively control and reduce project risk.This paper aims to combine theory and practice using the method of Nanjing Telecom maintenance outsourcing project risk management research to reduce project risk, the project is expected to achieve the purpose. The method of JSTCC project risk management has a certain value.
