| Project risk management refers to the management method of identifying project risk through risk identification,risk analysis and risk evaluation.It is necessary to use various risk response measures,management methods and technical means to effectively control project risk and properly handle adverse consequences caused by risk events.In the process of project implementation,various changes are inevitable,which will bring many uncertain risk factors.Effective project risk management can identify and analyze the risk factors of the project and make decisions as soon as possible.It is a key process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.The research on the project risk management can effectively prevent and control the project risk,formulate the response plan,make good decisions,and finally achieve the project objectives according to the original plan,so as to save costs and create benefits for the enterprise.This paper takes the risk management of MGH nursing service management system development project as the research object of this paper,uses the relevant knowledge theory and management method of risk management.First,it adopts the method of in-depth interview to understand and master the basic situation of MGH nursing service management,and points out that the MGH nursing service management system project has short project cycle,heavy development task The project has many characteristics such as many changes in demand,high technical difficulty and complex personnel composition,which requires more strict requirements on quality,schedule and cost.Then,the risk that may appear in the process of project development is identified by the method of checklist and Delphi,and the requirements,technology,personnel and management risks are identified.The structure of risk identification is pointed out,The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis(including quantitative analysis adopts AHP)is used to evaluate the identified risk categories and its influencing factors.Meanwhile,through the establishment of intelligent risk early warning mechanism,effective risk management process and dynamic risk feedback mechanism are implemented;At the same time,in order to ensure the realization of the project risk management objectives,this paper has made corresponding safeguard measures from the system,organization,resources,personnel and technology.Finally,the paper concludes that the risk management process of the development project of nursing service management system should be a continuous management process.Through the adoption of advanced management technology and perfect management mechanism,the whole project process can be successfully completed.The conclusion of this paper is to study the risk management of MGH nursing service management system development project,and identify the risk factors of the project are as follows:demand,management,technology and personnel risk.According to the results of risk assessment,the risk response strategy and monitoring and guarantee mechanism are established for these risk factors.It provides effective guarantee for the project to advance according to the plan and achieve the predetermined goals. |
