With the development of the market economy and the deepening of the reform and opening up of the country,the multi-layer and cross regional modern enterprise groups are constantly emerging,and the branches or subsidiaries of enterprise groups are all over the country,and even transnational operation appears,and the separation of ownership and management right is difficult to avoid,in order to strengthen the internal management of the enterprise,The system of accreditation came into being.From the practice of implementing accounting appointments in many enterprises and institutions at home and abroad,accounting appointments have played an active role in solving internal accounting management in enterprises and institutions,but there are also problems such as information distortion,unclear responsibility of accountants,serious loss of unit assets and corruption by unit managers.Faced with the existing problems,how to improve and perfect the accountant appointment system has become the concern of many business groups.The thesis takes the Silver Plaza Group Co.Ltd.(referred to as Sliver Plaza Group)as an example.On the basis of straightening out the relevant research results and the development process of the financial delegated development of Sliver Plaza Group,it mainly carried out the status of Sliver Plaza Group's financial personnel's assignment and the results achieved.Objective evaluation,and analyzed the main problems and reasons of Sliver Plaza Group in the implementation of financial personnel assignment.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The Sliver Plaza Group has implemented the assignment of financial personnel on the basis of its own management characteristics,and has achieved certain results in improving the quality of accounting information,strengthening the role of financial supervision,or realizing the centralized financial management.(2)There are still some problems in the process of implementing the appointment of financial personnel in Sliver Plaza Group,such as imperfect financial appointing system,low comprehensive quality of appointing financial personnel,low enthusiasm for participating in internal management activities,and complicity with management level,and the unreasonable salary system of the financial personnel,and the group to appoint financial personnel.There was a lack of performance evaluation.The main reason is that the group has no perfect management system in the management of financial appointing,lack of effective incentive and assessment for delegated financial personnel,not clear responsibility,lack of independence,inadequate reserve of accountants and incomplete application of information technology.(3)In view of the problems existing in the management of the Sliver Plaza Group in the assignment of financial personnel,we can improve the system of delegating the financial personnel of Sliver Plaza Group by strengthening the ideological understanding of the financial personnel,perfecting the accreditation management system,strengthening the training of appointed financial personnel,reforming the salary system,and perfecting the performance appraisal mechanism,and use the modernized letter at the same time.Interest technology optimizes the financial management of the group.In conclusion,this thesis focuses on the appointment of financial officers from Sliver Plaza Group,analyze the problems and their causes,and proposed measures to improve the financial staff delegation,It not only provides suggestions for the reform and improvement of the delegated financial personnel of the Sliver Plaza Group,but also provides ideas and methods for the committee of other group enterprises.
