In this era,human society is transferring to a knowledge-based economy,compared with the previous real economy,culture has become more and more effective in the influence of economic and social organizations.Corporate culture is not simply the moral ethics of the traditional sense.It gradually becomes a kind of capital that promotes the increase of corporate profits,improves the efficiency of enterprises,and promotes the development of enterprises.As corporate cultural capital enters the daily business management activities of enterprises and plays a role that can not be ignored,like the human capital and material capital of enterprises.More and more companies tend to regard culture as an important driving force in the game of market competition."The third-rate enterprises make products,the second-rate enterprises do brands,and the first-class enterprises do culture" is no longer just a slogan,but a core strength that can create a steady stream of wealth for the company and achieve corporate goals.However,corporate cultural capital is difficult to measure rationally,it is difficult to effectively measure the effect of cultural capital on the improvement of corporate profits,which in turn makes it difficult for corporate cultural capital to be reflected in the company's specific reports as fully as corporate human capital and physical capital.Therefore,both in theory and in practice,it is of great significance to quantify the impact of corporate cultural capital on corporate profits.This article first collected the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the areas of cultural capital,corporate cultural capital and corporate efficiency,summed up the relationship between corporate cultural capital and corporate effectiveness,and based on this put forward research hypotheses.Then using economic and financial databases,such as CSMAR,RESSET,to search sample companies' reports,websites and “Corporate Social Responsibility Reports” data.And collecting the relevant information on corporate cultural capital in 601 sample companies of Shanghai A-stock and Shenzhen A-stock from 2012 to 2016.A total of 3005 sample data were quantified,and a quantitative model of corporate culture capital was constructed.Next,an empirical approach was used to analyze the correlation between corporate culture capital and corporate profits.Finally,the assumptions before the verification of the research conclusions were obtained based on empirical results.And summed up the possible innovation of the paper,in order to provide some reference opinions for the future corporate culture capital construction.
