With the improvement of people's living standard and the enhancement of environmental protection concepts,green food with the characteristic of pollutionfree,safe and healthy has become very popular.Heilongjiang's green food industry has developed earlier,but in recent years,the green food produced in Heilongjiang is mainly domestic,and its competitiveness in the international market is weak.The analysis of the factors affecting the international competitiveness of the green food industry is of guiding significance to the promotion of the international competitiveness of the green food industry in Heilongjiang and the acceleration of the internationalization process.First of all,qualitative analysis of the development of green food industry in Heilongjiang is carried out.Heilongjiang province has superior ecological resources.The total economic output value of green food,total amount of green food,planting area,the number of products with effective standards,the qualified rate of product sampling inspection,and the scale of state-level raw material standardized production base have been ranked first for many years.However,the organic green food industry in the province is weak in technology,lacking deep processing.There are many small businesses and few leading groups,in addition,the leading role is not strong.There is no established overseas marketing framework,and international market participation is not high.Second,based on Porter's diamond model,the evaluation system for international competitiveness of the green food industry was constructed.The number of standardized production bases as X1,the proportion of employees with middlelevel titles or above as X2,the Engel's coefficient of urban residents as X3,the proportion of Heilongjiang's green food production to GDP as X4,Heilongjiang Province's share of green food sales as X5,Heilongjiang Province's share of green food export as X6,Heilongjiang Province's total green food production as X7,investment quotas as X8,and region's environmental inspection area as X9.Selecting 9 indicators and 12 periods of data to execute factor analysis and regression analysis.The results of the analysis yield two common factors,input factors and sales factors.The results of the regression analysis are significant,and both common factors are positively related to the export of green food in Heilongjiang Province.Finally,based on the above research,policy recommendations to enhance the international competitiveness of the green food industry are proposed.Based on the above research,the development of the green food industry should aim at income increase,be guided by long-term and healthy development.What's more,the development of green food industry should attach importance to ecological environment construction,create a good environment for the growth of organic agriculture,implement industrialized management,and give full play to the leading role of the industry leader,strengthen technology promotion and innovation and improve the ability of deep processing of products.At the same time,the business should formulate sales strategies for green foods,improve sales network,and open up the green food market at home and abroad.
