Study On The Effect Of Fiscal Expenditure On China's Economic Growth

China's economy has gradually entered a new normal situation,and the economic situation is more complex.The government has taken the quality and benefit of economic growth as an important goal of social development at the present stage.The government needs to stabilize the economy,maintain the sustainability of economic growth,and state financial security.The government can make use of various means to control the market,control the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure to stabilize economic growth.Based on the Cobb Douglas production model,a theoretical model of economic growth is established to analyze the scale of fiscal expenditure or the impact of structure.This model is an endogenous growth model containing government expenditure,which is based on this model to quantify the specific relationship between fiscal expenditure and economic growth.Using 1978-2016 annual data to model,in order to judge the relationship between the overall scale of financial expenditure and the economic growth at the present stage.After the use of data test,at,prensent,the total scale of financial expenditure of emergence can not play a significant role in promoting the economic growth of our country.There are different effects,some projects will have a positive impact on economic growth,some projects will play an inhibitory role in economic growth,through the empirical test,the basic economic construction expenditure can not play a role in promoting economic growth,social education expenditure plays a positive role in the economy.On the basis of the results of the empirical test,found problems in the scale and structure of our financial expenditure and puts forward some relevant policies and suggestions to optimize the financial expenditure.On the one hand,we should reduce the investment in the basic economic construction,gradually increase the expenditure on social education,and on the other hand,improve the legislation of the fiscal and tax system.We should strengthen supervision over the various expenditures of the government,ensure the efficiency of each expenditure,and maintain the steady economic growth of the econom.
