With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the market competition and market uncertainty faced by contemporary organizations are increasing.In order to survive from the fierce market competition,the organization needs employees to be engaged in the work with a good state and complete the work tasks at a high level.Especially,in the context of Internet+,the competition among finance and Chinese traditional Banks becomes drastic.The traditional banking market competitiveness has received the unprecedented challenge,banks have also passed more pressure to employees.So,under high job pressure,can bank employees still perform well?What psychological state does employees have under high work pressure?These are the two main concerns of this study.According to the job stress of two classification model,this study took employees from banks in Heilongjiang province as the sample and explore the effect of job stress on their job performance and psychological state,and explore the moderating of organizational identification.The results show that different job stress have different effects on employees' job performance and psychological state,and can be regulated by organizational identification.Specifically,challenging strees is positively correlated with job performance and psychological state;hindrance stress is negatively related to job performance and positively correlated with psychological state.Organizational identification act as a moderator in the above results.Specifically,organizational identification strengthens the positive relationship between challenging pressure and job performance,and weakens the positive relationship with psychological state.It reduces the negative relationship between hindrance stress and job performance and the positive relationship between psychological state.Based on the results,we give the banks the following suggestions: identify different nature of job stress,timely pay attention to employees' psychological state and cultivate employees' organizational identification.
