With the development of economic globalization and high-tech, the worldgradually enters the new era of knowledge economy. In this era, the competition ratherthan between countries, the enterprises, is between people. How to use the advantagesof human resources to obtain and maintain the company’s core competitiveness in thefierce competition has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises.In recent years, along with the change of organization development environment and theprogress of science and technology, more and more scholars pay attention to employeecommitment which plays a decisive role relate to the development of the enterprise, theorganization in the process of development and the inertia of the organization haspositive effect and negative effect, the relationship between organizational inertia andjob performance also need by analyzing the effect of internal factors and externalenvironment of organization to effectively defined, organizational inertia formation andorganizational performance and employee organizational identification liquidationvalues are closely related, the organizational identification, this field has attracted moreand more attention.Although some of the domestic scholars have already carried out relevant researchon organizational identification, but China’s state-owned enterprises in this particulargroup, the relative lack of research on the effect of organizational identification oforganizational inertia, has not yet found the relevant empirical study. Therefore, thispaper on the basis of literature study, puts forward the theoretical model oforganizational identity, organizational inertia and organizational performance,establishes the relationship between the three, and use the questionnaire survey method,through empirical research, organizational identification of employees, the enterprise of15state-owned enterprises in Southwest China and the relationship between theorganizational inertia organizational performance and interaction are discussed andanalyzed in depth. In order to further illustrate the influence of the relationship betweenthe three, the article also discusses the interaction between the various dimensions of thethree variables.The empirical results show that, in China’s state-owned enterprises, employees’organizational identification has a significant negative influence on organizationalinertia, employee organizational identification is high, organizational inertia will be lower; organizational identification has a significant positive effect on organizationalperformance, organizational identity is higher, the better the performance of theorganization will; organizational inertia has a negative impact on organizationalperformance, organizational inertia enterprise is strong, the organization performancewill be better; and, organizational inertia in organizational identification on mediatingeffect of organizational performance for, enterprise employee organizationalidentification by reducing inertia to enhance organizational performance. The results forthe development of enterprises to provide some theoretical support and decision-makingbasis, China’s state-owned enterprises can enhance the enterprise employees’organizational identification to reduce organizational inertia, improve organizationalperformance.
