In order to find out the way to ensure the international competitiveness of the Korean network game enterprises,and to find out the strategic plan to enter the Chinese game market at the same time,the market environment of the Chinese game market and the competitive environment of the Korean game enterprises will be analyzed.First,in the current Chinese game market environment,the Chinese online game market has great potential,including the potential consumer group with 1 billion 300 million people,and the potential growth is very likely.In this case,the network game enterprises in Korea have entered the Chinese market in order to open up new career opportunities.Or promoting China's market entry,however,the growth of Korean online game companies is not optimistic.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the strategy for Korean game companies to further enter China.Secondly,in combination with the literature research and SWOT analysis,the environment and strategies for Korean game enterprises to enter the Chinese game market will form a more complete analysis.From the point of view of the market scale,consumption preference and the relationship between the incumbent manufacturers,the market environment of the Chinese game market and the entry to the Chinese market must be made clear from the South Korean game development company and the operation enterprise in order to be able to enter the Chinese game market on a larger scale.The external influence factors are well understood,thus forming a supporting role for Korean enterprises to enter the Chinese market.At present,the environment of Korean game market in China has been analyzed through many aspects,such as market size,market demand and industrial organization relationship.Through the above analysis,it can be seen that the disadvantages of Korean game enterprises entering the Chinese market are mainly reflected in the familiar areas of the enterprises and not the mismatch caused by the largest part of the Chinese game market.At the same time,the Chinese government's supporting attitude towards the game industry and the Chinese game company hope to pass through.The mode of agency operation and the game market provide opportunities for the Korean game industry.Government regulation and imitation of Chinese enterprises are threatening Korean enterprises.Finally,it is the core strategy for Korean enterprises to expand their share and competitiveness in the Chinese market by avoiding the corresponding threats and using opportunities to play their own competitive advantages in the strategy of entering the Chinese game market.The relevant research results have important practical significance for guiding Korean game companies to further expand their market share in China.
