Research On Multi-Agent Cooperative Innovation Development Of Agricultural Science And Technology Park

Agricultural science and technology park is the key carrier of promoting agricultural high-quality development and realizing rural revitalization strategy.Building agricultural science and technology park plays an important role in promoting agricultural development level.With the continuous development and improvement of agricultural science and technology parks,its role in agricultural development is more and more not ignored.Agricultural science and technology parks play a vital role in the transformation of regional economic development mode and the optimization of regional industrial structure.At the same time,agricultural science and technology parks also play a promoting role in improving the vitality of regional economic development.However,with the continuous development of agricultural science and technology parks and the increasingly mature system mode,many problems are gradually exposed.How to improve its innovation vitality is one of the important constraints facing the current development.In agricultural science and technology parks,realizing the collaborative innovation development of various subjects is one of the important ways to improve the overall innovation level of the park.First of all,combining the advantages of DEMATEL method and ISM method,this paper integrated the two methods to build a more comprehensive interpretive structure model to study the factors that may affect the collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology parks,and then adopted the method of expert scoring to summarize the eight most important factors that affect the collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology parks.The DEM-ISM method is used to divide the factors affecting collaborative innovation into three levels,among which the penalty of contract breach is at the first level,because this factor has a very direct impact on the success of collaborative innovation in agricultural science and technology parks.The intermediate level factors are the core part of the model,which are risk allocation mechanism,initial participation intention and cooperative income distribution.At the bottom of the explanatory structure model are four factors,namely,the transformation of results,the soundness of laws and regulations,government policy support,resource sharing and communication.As global factors,these factors will have a certain impact on the integrity of the collaborative innovation system of agricultural science and technology parks.In order to better study the strategy selection of various subjects in the collaborative innovation evolutionary game process of agricultural science and technology park,an evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation system of agricultural science and technology park was first constructed,and the functions and roles of various collaborative innovation subjects in agricultural science and technology park,namely farmers,enterprises and scientific research institutions,were analyzed and positioned,and the government’s financial support was introduced into this model as an external factor.It shows that the close cooperation of various subjects within the agricultural science and technology Park is the basis and premise to ensure the smooth operation of collaborative innovation in the park.The payment matrix is listed,the revenue expectation function of all parties is calculated,and the equilibrium point is solved according to the revenue expectation function,so as to conduct simulation analysis.Finally,according to the simulation analysis results,the following suggestions are put forward: Rational use of incentive measures and determine a reasonable punishment mechanism,strengthen the intellectual property protection of technological output in the park,determine a reasonable income distribution ratio,establish a long-term trust mechanism of participants,enhance the initial willingness of participants,pay attention to the role of farmers.
