Agricultural science and technology park(ASTP) is a main approach to diffusion of agricultural technology innovation. It's even an important proposition of theory and practice that how to make technology innovation diffused efficiently and rapidly by ASTP. On the base of summarizing and reviewing the theory of agricultural technology diffusion, making use of field survey and accessing, theoretical analysis and empirical study, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the dynamic mechanism and mode of ASTP have been researched and discussed. A case of wheat-seed diffusion in Yangling Demonstration Zone is deeply researched.(1) The system of agricultural technology diffusion is composed of technology innovation, agency, potential users and Socio-economic infrastructure. The drive of agricultural technology diffusion contains government drive, market inducement, and combining drive. On this basis, there are 3 types of diffusion mode are formed which include diffuse mode, guided mode and mutual mode.(2) ASTP is an important base of agricultural technology innovation, demonstration and extension in china. Its technology diffusion have neighborhood effect, hierarchy effect, axial effect and aggregation effect, and respectively corresponds to space diffusion types are composed of expansion diffusion, hierarchical diffusion and relocation diffusion.(3) Agricultural technology innovation, agency flat and technology users are interacting and mutually contacting, and they compose the technology diffusion system of Yangling Demonstration Zone. On the base of this, technology diffusion mode of Yangling Demonstration Zone have been formed which includes agricultural technology management, farmers association, agricultural exhibition, farmers training and integrative servings modes. (4) Based on the S model analysis of the diffusion of wheat seed—xiaoyan-22 in Guanzhong area, the diffusion process of xiaoyan-22 manifested hierarchy effect and neighborhood effect obviously in Guanzhong area. The diffusion speed is high in the area that have well growing conditions; high demonstration intensity and growing large scale, vice versa. The combining dynamic-mechanism of the government-oriented is the main drive of technology space diffusion.
