Study On New Type Urbanization In Heilongjiang Province Based On Naive Bayesian Method

At present,new type urbanization is not only an inevitable requirement for the social transformation but also an only way to enhance economic develop and urban to rural co-ordination.Heilongjiang province is a key agricultural province.It is very important for Heilongjiang province to optimize the industrial structure and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.In order to further promote the construction of the new-type urbanization are a matter of great concern to Heilongjiang province.This paper expounded the models,processes and evaluation methods of urbanization and compared the differences and relations between urbanization and new type urbanization and further explained the connotation of new urbanization.The development levels of the new type urbanization of Heilongjiang are summarized using four aspects of the society including industrial structure,infrastructure,ecological environment and urban to rural co-ordination.We also explore the development regularity and characteristics of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province and construct the suitable evaluation index system for the new type urbanization and measured the twelve cities' new type urbanization level of Heilongjiang Province and reflected process in the development of new type urbanization problems and given forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to objectively evaluation the levels of the new type urbanization of Hei longjiang Province,this paper based on the construction of evaluation index system,according to the statistical data of Heilongjiang province in 2010-2014,the factor analysis was given by using the SPSS software.Besides,the simulation value was obtained by use of Naive Bayesian Classification Model to estimate and evaluate the twelve cities' levels of new type urbanization of Heilongjiang Province in 2014.Compared to the real value of these cities,the results point out that the imbalance of development in new-type urbanization is still unsolved.At last,this paper puts forward the optimization of the industrial structure,improve infrastructure construction and to protect the ecological environment and provide theoretical guidance for further promoting the development new typeurbanization in Heilongjiang Province.
