The Research On The Development Evaluation Of New-type Urbanization In Shandong Province

Urbanization can speed up the population and capital agglomeration, promote the social consumption structure upgrading, expand domestic demand, enhance the rapid development of service industry, and further enhance the endogenous dynamic of economic development. In fact, we should judge everything from the dialectic perspective. Urbanization promotes the rapid development of economy and society, at the same time because of the blind expansion and extensive utilization of resources, which cause the deterioration of the ecological environment and the worsening of social contradictions. Meanwhile, environmental and social problems in turn hinder the process of urbanization. Therefore we must change the traditional urbanization development model to accelerate the construction of the new-type urbanization.The new-type urbanization is a further extension from the traditional urbanization, and there is no substantive difference with the traditional urbanization. The new-type urbanization strategy adheres to highlight the people-oriented core value, and takes happiness, green transformation, health and intensive eco economic society as the goal. It emphasizes economic innovation, cultural innovation, system innovation, idea innovation and technological innovation, so as to promote the improvement of the urbanization quality.Based on the connotation and essential characteristics of the new-type urbanization, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation and features of urbanization development in Shandong province, and reveals the current advantages and problems of urbanization development in Shandong province. Based on the actual situation of the new-type urbanization development in Shandong province, we use LOWA operator to construct a new-type urbanization development level evaluation index system. This paper uses IAHP method and multi-level grey evaluation to make a quantitative analysis of the new-type urbanization level of 17 cities in Shandong province, and the quantitative analysis can help to judge the development status of the new-type urbanization in Shandong province. Finally, according to the new-type urbanization development objectives, we propose effective strategies for the new-type urbanization construction in Shandong Province.Through the study of new-type urbanization in Shandong Province, we can grasp the dynamic change characteristics of the new-type urbanization development in Shandong Province, and it is of great significance to promote the construction of the new-type urbanization in Shandong Province.
