Research On Construction And Implementation Of Intelligent Manufacturing System Of Hengtong Optical Material Co.Ltd For Optical Fiber Preform

In recent years,Hengtong optical material Co.,Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as HTOM)carried out a positive exploration and practice in the optical fiber preform intelligent manufacturing system construction Under the guidance of the intelligent factory blueprint from Hengtong Group.Building the intelligent system mainly from intelligent equipment,intelligent production and intelligent management,and achieved some results.However,due to the lack of reference cases,their own experience and other reasons,there are a series of problems in the current intelligent manufacturing system.Therefore,this article has carried out in-depth research on the status quo and problems of intelligent manufacturing system construction.This paper first studies the intelligent manufacturing system of HTOM through investigation,experience summary and case analysis.The problems are summarized.The main problem is the lack of manufacturing flexibility,the overall ability to build intelligent workshop,horizontal and vertical information management integration capacity.Secondly,this paper puts forward the improvement scheme for the problems existing in the construction of intelligent manufacturing system.The solution includes the improvement of the lean base,the upgrading of the automation,the improvement of the information network and the system,Three fusion to achieve intelligent manufacturing and so on.Finally,in order to fully protect the smooth implementation of the improvement program,this paper also put forward the corresponding implementation plan and safety precautions,these measures include financial security,personnel protection,technical support and organizational security.Based on the analysis and research of the intelligent manufacturing system of HTOM,this paper puts forward the framework and path of the three-way fusion to achieve the intelligent manufacturing and the formation of the Cyber-physical systems(CPS)prototype,which reflects the theoretical significance of this research.In addition,it can also provide some reference for the construction of intelligent factory of fiber industry,which reflects thepractical significance of this research.
