| In recent years,all telecommunication operators focus on 4G market,which made the market become saturated gradually,the contribution of voices service decrease constantly and the marketing cost decrease.All telecommunication operators transformed their voice services to mobile data flow services.The key points of the development of 4G market are precise marketing by using big data and improving the value of customers' data flow.Therefore,the research has practical purposes.This paper analyzed the development characteristics of 4G market in China and the present situation and problems of mobile terminal in Sinkiang based on the summary of the literature of precise marketing theory and project management combining with the working experience of terminal marketing management.What's more,based on the terminal marketing supporting platform,this paper proposed the plan about the establishment of user data supporting system,and improved the functions of the user data system.This paper also proposed the operation strategy for the 4G mobile terminal in Sinkiang and carried out the project of precise terminal marketing combining with the development strategy of 4G in provincial companies.This paper carried out the simulated survey and the evaluating model of 4G terminal replacement based on the relevant theories and methods about precise marketing and project management.What's more,this paper designed and carried out the project of precise terminal marketing through the outputs of the model,then optimized the procedure further,which improved the marketing efficiency,made the terminal marketing more accurate,increased the rate of investment return and achieved the goal of companies by using less cost. |
