In the 4G period,operators of basic telecommunication business gradually replaced by emerging Internet application,the fierce market competition to bring a variety of applications and development of data services and innovative,operators change the purpose of the sales of customized terminals,everybody have built-in data are realized by intelligent terminal sales business promotion,intelligent terminal as the network and business in the middle of the ligament function,due to the different terminal system to support different network mode,the user selects a terminal,also the choice of the carrier,terminal market control is of great significance to the enterprise survival development.In this "terminal to win" situation,the smart terminal market has become a competitive place for telecom operators.In recent years,our competitors have been carrying out the tactics of "harassing" in some key markets and encroachment on our market.The dominant position of Liangshan mobile telecom market has been threatened.The traditional marketing model is no longer applicable,Liangshan mobile phone terminal promotion also exposed a variety of problems.Therefore,it is urgent to seek effective solutions.The application of project management technology in marketing activities can effectively improve the marketing efficiency,improve the management level of marketing projects,enhance the enterprise's ability to prevent risks,and ensure the retention of the enterprise's terminal market.It is of great significance to summarize and study the project management mode of Liangshan mobile 4g-all-netcom terminal marketing,which can provide new ideas for the application of project management in telecom marketing.In this paper,the application of project management in 4G+ Full Netcom terminal marketing of Liangshan mobile is studied based on the actual terminal marketing of Liangshan mobile,the comprehensive application of project management and marketing theoretical knowledge,and the use of scientific project management technology.Firstly,the research results of domestic and overseas scholars in the field of marketing project management are summarized,and then the environment of Liangshan mobile terminal marketing project is analyzed,and the existing problems and causes of the original terminal marketing project are comprehensively analyzed.Starting from the whole life cycle of project,move the Liangshan 4G + Full Netcom terminal marketing as a project,all project goals determine first,and then to carry out the project incubation,project initiation,project planning,project implementation,project closing of five stages,finally from strengthening project progress management,project risk management and project evaluation to the implementation of the implementation of the project management.This study shows that through the implementation of the project management,make the marketing more optimal allocation of resources,can effectively strengthen the coordination between departments,to promote organization efficiency and the improvement of performance,promote the enterprise internal management level of ascension,finally realizes the enterprise marketing concept,help enterprise long-term development ability.
