Study On Land Circulation In Jinxing Village

Land is the basic of agriculture,the lifeline of peasants' survival and life guarantee,and also an important prerequisite for rural development.As an important link of reform and development in the new period,rural land circulation plays an important role in stabilizing domestic market demand growth,promoting industrial transfer and economic transformation.Land transfer under the new situation has become an era subject to deal with the relationship between farmers and land.Jinxing Village in Shulan City has a reputation as the most beautiful village in Jilin.Jinxing Village is a Korean Jiju Village.Mainly in agriculture,known for planting rice.Rice bears a long history and culture in this land.With the arrival of the new era,Venus Village is marching forward with the pace of the new era.In the process of building a new community in the new countryside,it has achieved gratifying results and demonstrated the beautiful features of the well-off countryside.However,in the process of its rapid development,there are still problems such as unclear land ownership,serious land fragmentation,imperfect land transfer market,irregular land transfer process,and unreasonable land protection measures.The solution to these problems depends on the land transfer.The land transfer should clarify the land ownership relationship,strengthen the large-scale operation of agricultural land,improve farmers 'legal literacy,improve the transfer market construction,standardize the process of land transfer,and improve farmers' awareness of green agriculture and forestry.Field investigation method and questionnaire analysis are used in this paper.In addition,the author analyzed the loss and loss of land transfer at home and abroad,and the author made five visits to Jinxing village,Shulan city,Jilin province,to investigate the land transfer situation of jinxing village.Through the analysis of the real data of jinxing village,and combining with the relevant experience of domestic and foreign reforms,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement measures.
