Research On The Performance Of Asset Reorganization: Based On Perfect World And Perfect Universe International

In recent years,asset reorganization has been favored by many companies as an important capital operation method for optimizing resource allocation and improving profitability.It is the first choice for many listed companies seeking breakthroughs.The performance of asset reorganization can most directly reflect the effect of asset reorganization.Therefore,studying the performance of listed company's asset reorganization not only has a certain theoretical significance,but also can provide reference for other companies to consider the issue of asset reorganization,which has certain practical significance.This article takes Perfect Global Perfect International assets restructuring as an example and uses case study method and event research method to do a detailed study of the performance of asset reorganization.After summarizing the research status at home and abroad,the specific reasons for asset restructuring and performance evaluation were analyzed,and the perfect global global asset restructuring process was restored.Based on this,the case was analyzed.The study found that in the short term,Perfect Global's asset restructuring activities have a positive impact on the value of shareholders' wealth.The medium-to-long-term performance shows that under the principle of Perfect Global's emphasis on technology,extensive distribution,and internationalization,Perfect Global's profitability has been improved.Although shortterm solvency has declined,long-term solvency has been improved.Enhanced;at the same time,the company's growth capacity has also improved.Overall,this asset reorganization is beneficial to the long-term development of the company.Therefore,this article suggests that Perfect Universal should be based on technology,widely deploying and continuing to adhere to the internationalization route.
